National Tree Day
8th Annual Friends of Padman Park National Tree Day10am to middaySunday27 July 2008Join the Friends of Padman - Mates Park planting native shrubs along the slopes below the Day Street carpark and children's playground. When: Planting begins at 10am through to 12pm. BBQ to follow. Where: Padman- Mates Park Corner Day Street & Padman Drive Albury What to bring: Gloves, shovel, mattock and sturdy footwear (some tools provided) Even if you've never planted a tree before, you will be shown how to plant one on the day!
