National Tree Day
Mungabareena Reserve10am to middaySunday2nd August 2009Join Parklands Rangers in a fun filled day of planting native shrubs and grasses along the Murray River at Mungabareena Reserve. When: Planting begins at 10am through to 12pm. BBQ to follow. Where: Mungabareena Reserve (Turn left along dirt road just before entrance to main reserve) What to bring: Gloves, shovel, mattock and sturdy footwear (some tools provided) Even if you've never planted a tree before, you will be shown how to plant one on the day!
