DESCRIPTION:Join Parklands Rangers to help find and remove woody weeds such as privet\, box elder\, cherry plum\, and briar rose in this beautiful reserve. \nThis is an opportunity to work alongside our Rangers experiencing the ‘how to’ of caring for our local bush.  No experience is necessary – our Rangers will help with weed identification and removal techniques. \nTake in the fresh air\, get close to nature\, and learn about the local environment and how Albury City and community groups are working to protect threatened species\, improve habitat\, and link habitat corridors across the region. \nPlease check the Google Maps link below for the meeting place. \nWhen: 9:00 am to 11:00 am (2 hrs) \nWhere: Meet on the East St. service road. \nWhat is supplied: All tools and any specific safety equipment needed. \nWhat to bring: BYO drinking water.
