Join the Gardens for Wildlife team, Parklands rangers and Wodonga Urban Landcare Network volunteers for a morning of free events on feral pests, including:

10.00am-11.00am—Gardens for Wildlife and Parklands displays:
Browse our display of feral pests info and traps, habitat gardening tips, native animal brochures, native bee inn, reptile habitat and more.

10.00am-10.30am— ‘Impacts and management of invasive species’ talk:
Hear ecologist Dr Nicki Munro discuss feral pests, the importance of biodiversity and the links between backyards and bush corridors.

11.00am-12.00pm— Feral habitat walk and talk:
Join field ranger Corbin Geyer on an easy feral habitat walk and talk, potting evidence of rabbit and fox activity and discussing ways to make your land unfriendly to ferals.

Where: Stringy Bark Reserve, Baranduda. Meet at Arnica Cct entry gate. This location is not on Google maps, but can be found on Whereis maps. See marked map below.

BYO: Chair or picnic rug for invasive species talk and closed shoes and long pants for feral habitat walk.
