This is a free event open to all ages. \nWhat to bring: Closed shoes and long pants as the ground is uneven and might be muddy.\n \nWhat will be provided: All tools\, equipment\, materials\, and gloves (unless you want to bring your own gloves). \nWhere: Paddock off Carrolls Lane\, Wodonga. Go past the Wodonga Railway Station for approximately 980 m following the signs and park in the paddock. See photo below. \nPlease book so we know to expect you!  Bookings here: Community Planting Morning | Humanitix \nAbout this event: After recently installing fencing to exclude stock from the wetland area\, the site is now ready for winter planting of native seedlings to revegetate this Murray River corridor. \nRed dot indicates approximate location. No experience necessary\, our Rangers will share all you need to know on spotting and removing invasive woody weeds. \nTake in the fresh air\, get close to nature and learn about the local environment and how Albury City and community groups are working to protect threatened species\, improve habitat and link habitat corridors across the region. \nWhen: 9.00 to 11.00am (2 hrs) \nWhere: Meet at Williams Road: https://maps.app.goo.gl/zcB3aTUFjB5b6x6cA \nWhat is supplied: All tools and any specific safety equipment needed. \nWhat to bring: BYO drinking water.
