Parklands Albury Wodonga Ltd is a Company Limited by Guarantee. An honorary Board of Directors oversees  governance and sets the strategic direction for the organisation.

Parkland’s Directors are skills-based, bringing diverse skills, experience, networks and strategic approaches.

The systems entrepreneur leadership approach of Parkland’s Board of Directors in tackling complex social, rural development and environmental challenges has been recognised both locally and at state level through Awards, such as Excellence in Innovation at the Albury Wodonga Chamber of Business Awards 2014 and the finalist for the Leadership and Innovation Awards at the Victorian Regional Achievement Awards 2015.

The current Board of Directors includes:

Chairperson, Councillor with Albury City and retired Business Owner / Operator

Alison Hayman

Deputy Chairperson and Wodonga community representative with background in environmental sciences and Business Owner/Operator.

Di Pritchard

Secretary and community representative with background in education and community development.

Phil Oates

Treasurer and Wodonga community representative with background in accountancy and current Director of a number of community boards

Liz Fuchsen

Baranduda community representative and Tourism Operator with background in health and Landcare.

Simon Mullumby

User Group representative (bushwalking) with background in building and apprentices. Simon is also a Director of NELLEN (North East Local Learning Education Network).

Joy Briggs

Lavington community representative with background in education and Chair of Independent Retirees Superannuation amongst other interests and involvements.
