Following up on our story last week about clearing access tracks to our Bush for Birds project areas, we are excited to be able to provide a bird’s eye view of the progress at Baranduda.

Large areas of treated blackberry and this year’s winter plantings are evident on this hillside. The plants are now growing incredibly well with the rain and warm spring weather.

The newly cleared access tracks will allow us into steep hidden gullies to treat blackberries this summer. With all the will in the world, these gullies were impossible to reach with spray previously. Ranger Dan “can’t wait to get stuck in”!
