Baranduda is one of the fastest growing communities in Victoria. The 406 hectare “toe” of Baranduda Regional Park backs onto housing estates. Already peri-urban pressures are impacting on this environmental land with recreational trails being built informally.

As the community public land manager of 406 hectares of Baranduda Regional Park, Parklands Albury Wodonga (PAW) want to ensure future recreational trails are planned, authorised and located in appropriate places.

We are currently seeking feedback to ascertain the values and priorities of the community, so that we can create a plan that reflects community needs and aspirations, prioritise recreational trail developments and seek the appropriate permits.

Links to our community feedback survey are below. Please note that none of the options in this survey are concrete plans. They are a collation of previous suggestions from community members and interest groups.

The Baranduda Recreational Trails Working Group will review the survey responses at the end of June and together develop the final plan. Please submit your responses by the end of June to have them included in the review.

The survey should take no more than 5 minutes to complete. There are no right or wrong answers and your participation is voluntary. The information you provide in this survey is strictly confidential and will only be reported in ways that ensure you remain anonymous.
