December 3rd 2019 is GivingTuesday, and Parklands encourage you to support local environmental projects through on-ground action, donating funds or purchase from our range of ethical options.

GivingTuesday was created in 2012 as a simple idea: a day that encourages people to do good. Over the past seven years, this idea has grown into a global movement that inspires hundreds of millions of people to give, collaborate, and celebrate generosity.

One of the best ways to get involved is in your own community. Parklands encourage community partnerships to help us ‘get things done’, and have a number of options for financial and physical contributions to do just that. 

Our donation portal with GiveNow  is seeking funds for our ‘Naturally Resourceful’ appeal. Your support will mean resources including time, transport, and personal protective equipment for tailored Social Inclusion volunteer programs to involve marginalised community members.  

We also have a catalogue of ethical purchases supporting on-ground works – perfect for Christmas shopping!
