As an organisation dedicated to connecting community with our regional bush parks and trails, Parklands is very pleased to promote this opportunity from Remember The Wild.

Remember The Wild is a charity dedicated to connecting people with nature through storytelling, research and a variety of community engagement programs.

Remember The Wild (RTW) is currently seeking applications for involvement in their 2020/21 Community Conservationists initiative.

RTW wants to raise awareness of the incredible work being done by Victorian community conservation groups: tree planters, wildlife carers, citizen scientists and others putting in the work to care for their local environment. Groups will receive a short film and support in digital communication and marketing. Past participants have used the tools and materials from the program to increase their visibility, secure funding for important projects and attract new members.

Application and participation are free. Submissions close September 21. Information sheet and FAQs are available on the RTW website: https://www.rememberthewild.org.au/community-conservationists/
