Back by popular demand, we are excited to announce that volunteer Park Stewardship mornings in Albury recommence this Friday.

Knocked off the calendar last year by Covid, Parklands staff are very pleased to be working with AlburyCity once again to provide opportunities for local people to experience Albury’s beautiful bush parks differently.

The program allows volunteers to join Parklands Rangers for a few hours each Friday morning and experience the ‘inside view’ of park maintenance. It’s a hands-on, practical series, rotating between different parks in Ettamogah, Norris Park, Lavington and Thurgoona.

With full supervision, volunteers will help enhance a range of natural areas that were gifted to the community from the Albury Wodonga Development Corporation.

Volunteers can attend one session, all, or as convenient. Registrations are essential as the weekly meeting place will vary as we move between parks. Please register here.

Parklands thank AlburyCity for financial support for this program.
