A big thank you to Lil and the Cudgewa Hotel for providing a warm venue and great food for the Cudgewa Mural Trail Storytellers Gathering on Monday 20th June 2022.

With lots of enthusiasm and ideas buzzing, a lengthy list of potential story boards emerged. From railway and local history to landscape and natural features, mural topics flowed freely, promising something to inspire every local artist.

The next step is to hear from any Upper Murray artists, photographers, poets or storytellers on the particular stories they are interested in working on.  The Expression of Interest form below lists the current ideas, inviting people to nominate those topics they would like to contribute to – and there is still time for more ideas! Please return the form to us at info@parklands-alburywodonga.org.au

Incoming Expressions of Interest will be reviewed at the next gathering on Monday 15th August 2022.

Ultimately, the works produced will be scanned and printed onto signs to be installed along 2km of the railway line beside Cudgewa Valley Road.

Thanks to the Border Trust and Rotary Club of Corryong for their financial assistance with this project.
